Water – A Great Alternative Fuel For Cars

The price of gas is becoming exorbitant. The price of oil is reaching an all time high and motorists are paying the price. The increase in gas prices comes at a time of great economic uncertainty. Consumer confidence is weakening as a looming US recession is bolstered by inflation. There has never been a more financially viable time to use alternative fuels for cars.
However, financial prudence is not the only driving force behind the search for alternative fuels for cars. There are various environmental incentives to finding alternative fuels for cars. Scientists and environmentalists are looking for a renewable source of energy that can by consumed as cleanly as possible. Producing this resource also needs to be environmentally friendly with as little social impact as possible.
Several sources of alternative energy are actually bad for the environment as well as for the people involved. These resources may require land to be cleared in order to plant and develop these renewable resources. Clearing the land can be bad for the environment and human inhabitants may also be forced out of their homes.
The large and varied considerations in the selection of an alternative fuel have split researchers. The scientific and environmental community is still unable to reach a unanimous decision on which alternative fuel solution is the best.
This casts a large shadow of doubt over alternative energy vehicles. Hydrogen and electric cars could become obsolete if another form of alternative energy is widely adopted. This is a tangible possibility as more research and data is collected.
In the meantime, a cost effective, environmentally friendly solution is already available; water. Water can be used as a catalyst in hydrogen generators. By using water as a catalyst, gas can burn more effectively, thus giving your vehicle better mileage. Also, clean water is a resource that is easier to obtain compared to hydrogen, thus making it more convenient. Filling a tank with water is also faster than charging an electric cell.
However, it is imperative to note that hydrogen generators do not allow you to operate your vehicle entirely on water. Hydrogen generators turn water into their gaseous state and inject the gas into the vehicle’s engine. This displaces some gas while allowing the remaining gas to burn more efficiently.
The topic of hydrogen generators is one of the most widely discussed topics when it comes to car modifications that improve gas mileage. There are several companies that will install a hydrogen generator into your vehicle. Unfortunately, these services can be quite costly. These installation services can cost up to $10,000.
Alternatively, there are DIY options available on the internet. There are several guides available on the internet that will show you how to perform a HHO conversion. Some of these guides claim that the raw materials required to perform the conversions can cost as little as $150.
There is a great deal of uncertainty in the alternative fuel sector. But what is certain is that a cheap, environmentally-friendly solution should be employed by motorists wherever possible. Until the scientific and environmental community can reach a consensus, water may be one of the best alternative fuels for cars.

Alternative Fuel Vehicles | Hybrid Water Power an Alternative Fuel for Cars

Alternative fuel for Cars

Dear Friend,

thank you for finding my website Alternative Fuel for Cars, well it’s not just about cars, it’s really about a technology that can be applied to most internal combustion engines, gas and diesel.

Today more than ever the search for alternative fuel cars and  alternative fuel vehicles is gathering momentum.

Alternative fuel  for cars and other vehicles has become a prioriy for governments and vehicle manufacturers around the world. As Gas prices escalate and emissions contribute to global warming,  there is a need to apply a technology to existing vehicles, not just new ones,  a technology that is economical to construct and fit, is easily assembled and will help you by saving you money on your current gas bills and at the same time improve the environment by reducing emissions.

Hybrid electric technology is an alternative fuel for cars but is not easily nor economically fitted to existing vehicles though it is becoming more economical in new vehicles. Certainly electric motors seem on the surface to be kinder to the environment, no emissions, quiet and they reduce your gas bills. As battery technology improves there will be more and more electric vehicles on our roads.

Ethanol and methanol are  alternative fuels for cars and other vehicles fuels but methanol is toxic and ethanol although considered renewal eneryg since it can be produced from Sugar Cane and starch it has a potentially bad effect on some rubber compounds used in fuel lines. It also has to be dispensed at filling stations which keeps you firmly in the hands of the oil companies.

Many people have said they wish they could just turn on the tap and fill up their vehicles but the problem has always been that water doesn’t burn. Water is however a compound of hydrogen and oxygen chemically bound together and through a simple process of electrolysis can be converted back into those 2 gasses both of which burn readily.

HHO gas is the product of electrolysis, and is an alternative fuel for cars, fitting the necessary components to produce HHO gas in existing vehicles is not difficult and can be done quite economically. Hydrogen burns fast, oxygen improves the combustion process making it more efficient so when added to the normal fuel air mixture less normal gas is required to produce the same power and can convert your car into an alternative fuel car.
