Looks terrible… like some japanese “sportcars” with 4-cylinder or so. sound it bad, transmission, gearbox, well , everything if your an carentushiast like me, this car is not made for us! I fear the day when the electic-cars take over.. we will fight them whit everything we got… damn,, I have to speed up my savings.. got to have my dreamcar (911) before it´s to late.. and then I´ll buy all the petrol I need for the future!!!
Yes and no for me. I think they need to develop electric cars a bit more before they start selling them to us. Charges don’t last long enough, torque is painfully sluggish and gets worse as you go…But I am all for the zero emissions and what have you!

Wow dude, you’re an idiot and an asshole. This is Tesla’s first car. I’m sure they’ll make plenty of improvements on future models, resulting in faster, cheaper cars with a longer range.
I mean, come on, 0 to 60 in 3.7 seconds with the Tesla Roadster Sport? That’s ridiculously fast. Sure it costs $120,000 but the Tesla line is one of the first performance electric cars ever made.

I saw vids of performance tests against Ferraris and Porsches. Tesla beat them all.

The Roadster is sweet.
The big problems being the obvious limited range of the vehicle, and the fact that it charges off mains power, which being coal generated eats into a lot of the benefits of a non petrol engine.
Still….it’s a step towards shaking western oil dependency.
